For over 20 years, I have created marketing, branding, advertising and promotional materials for Fortune 500 corporations, mid- and small size companies and for the individual entrepreneur.
Creating and helping maintain the brands of some well-known corporations was fun and interesting but what I found most rewarding was helping the individual ordinary person, like myself, create personal brands that helped accomplish their career and life goals.
My Passion
During my many years as a graphic designer, marketer
and promotions specialist, I have been fortunate enough
to get to know many of my clients on a personal level.
In time, I have developed a degree of trust with each of
them. Through some intimate conversations, I had the
opportunity to gather insights and understand their
needs and wants, some secret others not. Each had a
belief that there was more to life than what was present,
like a calling yet to be answered. In time, life coaching
became a natural extension of my work even during
my business and marketing coaching sessions.
What I found interesting is that those who had issues with their businesses also had issues with their personal lives. I personally believe that there is a congruency between what was going on in their personal life and in their work. I knew that if I could help them in one area it will aid in solving some of the problems they had in the other areas of their lives.
To me, personal branding is more than enhancing and building your career, it is also a way to enhance and build your life. It is a way to find out what you’re naturally good at, what you're passionate in and craft it in a way that allows you to make a good living doing it. When you do what you love to do and are making a living while doing it, you can inspire others to find their bliss. In the end, humanity’s best interest is served.
