In this new economy, in a new century, loyalty has been replaced by convenience and cost savings. It's become far too easy to replace a seasoned employee with cheap labor just as it is for an employee to quit a job for another. In a world of 6 billion people and rising, competition has grown exponentially. Fresh college graduates are competing with the newly unemployed and seasoned professionals for diminishing number of available jobs. Competition is also fierce for independent contractors and entrepreneurs who are fighting for the same market share. So how

Imagine yourself as a cereal box on a long store shelf, sitting next to hundreds of other competing brands. What can you do so that a shopper picks you and not the box next to you? In other words, how do you ensure that your expertise and knowledge is recognized before someone elses? To become successful, you must build public perception of value communicated through your own unique personal brand. Your professional brand showcases our talents, your abilities, your product or service and the promise you will deliver!
Building personal brands is what I enjoy doing. It takes my 18 years as a graphic communicator and business marketing consultant and combines it with a type of coaching that I am very passionate in: transformational life coaching. I believe that if you want to brand yourself do it in a field you are passionate about. Life coaching is uncovering what you want to do in life, planning out the steps to achieve those goals and then holding you accountable to your word. It answers the question: what is your passion and your purpose in life? Personal branding is a process that takes that passion and find a way to make an extraordinary living out of it.
I do what I do because it’s my passion. Helping others find theirs is my purpose.
